House Of BEJT follows the same guidelines as USA pharmacies. We do not accept RETURNS because we can't guarantee that the product was not tampered with while  out of our possession. Thank you for understanding. Please purchase samples before committing to full sized products. 

ORDER PROCESSING:

Upon placing your order, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking link for your shipment.

We ship orders from Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. All shipments are handled by the United States Postal Service (USPS) and or FedEX on occasion, using Ground Shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination address entered during checkout, typically ranging from 1-7 business days.

Please refrain from inquiring about the delivery status of your order until at least 7 business days have passed from shipment day. House Of BEJT is not liable for any delays in shipping due to ground or air transportation delays, severe weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

While most packages are delivered to the provided address's mailbox or front door, the delivery courier ultimately decides if it is safe to leave the package in the open. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please make sure you contact USPS or FedEx first, then contact us. 

RETURNS:

Due to the nature of our product, we uphold a stringent NO REFUNDS policy. Our commitment to quality and safety necessitates this approach, as it cannot be guaranteed for resale once returned to us due to potential tampering during transit. We strongly encourage you to purchase SAMPLES first before purchasing full sized products in order to sample the product. We offer affordable samples to allow customers to explore our range before committing to larger purchases.

Unauthorized returns will not be processed for credit and will be respectfully discarded.

Once an order is confirmed, modifications may be accommodated within a 12-hour window.  Please note our firm policy.

We request customers to inspect all products promptly within 48 hours of receipt for any transit-related damage.
