Refund Policy
At House Of BEJT, all sales are final due to the nature of our fragrance and body care products. We do not offer refunds or exchanges simply because a customer does not like a scent, texture, or product after purchase.
Fragrance and body care are personal experiences, which is why we strongly encourage customers to purchase samples before committing to full-size products. Samples allow you to explore our perfumes, skin jellies, and skin butters before making a larger purchase.
Refunds are only issued in the following situations:
Incorrect Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item received and your packing slip or order details.
If the correct item is available, we will send the correct item to you. If the correct item is not in stock, a refund may be issued for the incorrect item.
You do not need to return the incorrect item back to us. For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on fragrance or body care products, even if the item was sent in error. You may keep, gift, or discard the incorrect item at your discretion.
Damaged Item Received
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. A replacement will be sent when applicable. If a replacement is not available, a refund may be issued for the damaged item. You do not need to return the damaged item back to us.
Shipping Guarantee Refunds
If your order qualifies for our shipping guarantee and we do not meet the stated processing timeframe, we may issue a refund for the shipping cost only. This does not apply to the product cost.
Refunds will not be issued for personal preference, scent preference, buyerâs remorse, or failure to sample before purchasing a full-size item.
