Samples, Returns & Order Policy

We strongly encourage customers to purchase samples before committing to full-size products. Fragrance and body care are very personal, and sampling allows you to experience the scent, texture, and product compatibility before making a larger purchase.

To make this easier, we offer affordable samples of our perfumes, skin jellies, and skin butters so you can explore House Of BEJT with confidence.

Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to quality, safety, and hygiene, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened products. Unauthorized returns will not be processed for store credit, refund, or exchange and will be respectfully discarded.

Once an order is confirmed, order modifications may be accommodated within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made before your order begins processing.

We also recommend conducting a patch test before using any body care or fragrance product fully, especially if you have sensitive skin or known sensitivities.

Please inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery. If an item arrives damaged during transit, contact us within that timeframe with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will gladly assist with a replacement when applicable. Please do not ship damaged items back to us unless specifically instructed.
