Are you always open for orders?
Yes! House Of BEJT is always open, and customers can place orders directly through our website at any time.
If an item is sold out, we typically restock within 1–3 weeks, depending on production and inventory availability.
On occasion, we may briefly close the website or password-protect access ahead of a special launch so our VIP customers can shop first. These closures are temporary (24hrs), and we will reopen for general shopping shortly after.
If we are out of office, we will update our website with the current details. During that time, customers may still place orders; however, our standard shipping guarantee will be temporarily suspended until we return.
Do you offer dupe scents?
No, House Of BEJT's scents are custom blended original scents made by us. We do not offer dupes at this time.
Where is my order?
You can check the status of your order by logging in to your account and checking the Orders page.
How long is processing and shipping?
After you place an order, processing can take 1-3 days, then your order is immediately shipped. The first processing day is the first business day after you place your order. Example: Order placed on Friday, the first processing day is the following Monday. Most customer's receive their order within 1 week of shipping.
How do you handle shipping?
The House Of BEJT Order Guarantee
At House Of BEJT, we guarantee your order will be processed & shipped within 3 business days of ordering (business days are Mon-Fri, not weekends, not National Holidays,). The 1st business day is 1 business day after placing an order. Example: You placed an order on a Friday, the 1st business day for processing would be the following Monday.
After your order ships, we guarantee it will arrive within 7 business days. If we miss either promise, we’ll refund your shipping fee. ***Please note: weekends, holidays, inclement weather, and carrier-related delays are excluded from this guarantee.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we do not ship internationally. We only ship within the contiguous United States. We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, US Protectorates, or PO Boxes.
How often do you restock?
House Of BEJT ONLY sells what we have in stock. What we mean by "in stock" is that the item has already been produced and is ready to purchase. WE ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT make you wait for weeks or months to receive your order. Our goal is to always get you your products within a week. This is how we operate.
We currently work a 1-2 weeks restock schedule. What this means is that if you are shopping a product and it is currently out of stock, sign up for the "Send me a restock notification!", the product should be back in stock within 2 weeks, and you will be the first to know!

Do you offer wholesale?
We do not offer wholesale at this time.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our fragrance and body care products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Because we cannot accept returned products, there is no return shipping process or cost.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and your order details. We’ll be happy to assist with a replacement if available. If the correct or replacement item is out of stock, a refund may be issued when applicable.
For safety and quality reasons, we do not require customers to send incorrect or damaged items back to us.
We always recommend shopping our sample options first before purchasing full-size products, especially since scent and body care preferences can be very personal.
How do I cancel an order?
Once an order is placed you will have 12hrs to cancel the order or make changes to the order.
